March Favourites 2016

Hello all! I hope you have had a wonderful bank holiday weekend! This month I have been trying to save pennies and realised that my blog is rather diverse in content, so rather than just talking beauty favourites this month I've decided to delve into my senses; sight, sound, smell, taste and touch to select five sensory things I've been loving throughout March!

"How I Met Your Mother"

Since finishing my re-watch of Gossip Girl, I've got into HIMYM. Here in the UK your best bet for watching this was usually via re-runs on E4, however since being added to Netflix, I could now watch all of the episodes in order! Plus the episodes are only 20 minutes long meaning I can power through quite a few of an evening, and even during my lunch break at work! CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

"Paris" by The 1975

Since the new release of The 1975's sophomore album, I have fallen in love with this track in exactly the same way as I did the city of the same name. It's a really chilled, easy-listening and romantic track. Of course, the lyrics are just as sharp and smart as you'd expect from Matty Healy.

Tease by Victoria Secret

I'd been looking for a small travel friendly perfume to keep in my bag as I tend to forget to throw on perfume of a morning. I came across this little rollerball from VS and have worn it pretty much every day, with notes of black vanilla, frozen pear and blooming gardenia, I just love this and best of all? It's got good staying power!

Mini Eggs

Of course it's the month of Easter and I have not stopped eating chocolate, all day, everyday. Mini Eggs are a once a year thing that I always look forward to and praise the lord, are gluten free. I am both ashamed and proud of the amount that I have managed to consume.

Mask of Magnaminty from Lush

I didn't quite realise what a cult this was becoming in the beauty blogging world. I discovered this skin-saver in December, and what with my chocolate splurge this month, my skin has needed this to help clear up some monstrous blemishes. It's so cooling and gentle, yet takes care of dry skin and calming spots.
